Use your social platforms to share educational and inspirational tips, uplifting and empowering art, poetry, music, blog posts, e-newsletters, or videos that elevate esteem. Tag Love The Ten You’re In and use our hashtags #EsteemInfluencer, #ProjectEsteem, #ElevateEsteem, #LoveTheTenYoureIn.
Peer to Peer
Launch an #ElevateEsteem campaign within your friend group, school, workplace, and online community to encourage participants to practice and share daily habits that promote self-care, self-love and self-esteem, create, share, and take an affirmation pledge, or write a love letter to themselves an read it aloud to their mirror reflection.
Provide a space in your school, church, or local community center, for small group discussions focused on affirmation activities that build self-esteem in a safe space where people can share experiences, encourage one another, and grow together.
In the Community
Host a booth at community events, festivals, and school fairs where people can, take an affirmation pledge, write a self-love letter to themselves, participate in interactive esteem-building activities.

Host a drive to write letters of encouragement to youth, women, or men in shelters.

Lead a quarterly or an annual Project Esteem walk-a-thon or rally to bring the community together and increase awareness about the effects of low self-esteem and expand the reach to increase self-esteem awareness.
